Return policy

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if you do want to return them, we have a 14-day return policy (on non personalised items), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. All returned items must be in the same condition you received them in with their original packaging.  

 

To start a return, contact us at hello@laboratoryofthings.uk and we'll then send instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Damages and issues

Please contact us at hello@laboratoryofthings.uk if your item is damaged or there are any other issues with your order. Include any photos if relevant. Good customer service is important to us and we'll do whatever we can to resolve the matter.
